Terms of use

The service

Carteo provides an online editor to create digital invitations and a public page to share them. The editor is free; publishing is a one-time payment.

Payment and refunds

The price shown at checkout is what you pay, with no subscription. If your invitation hasn't been shared yet, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text and photos you add and confirm you have the right to use them. We host them only to display your invitation.

Our designs

Designs, illustrations and animations remain our property. You may use them for your event.

Availability

Your invitation stays online until six months after the event date. We do our best to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee it if a provider has an outage.
