Privacy policy

What we collect

• For hosts: email address, name, phone and country if you provide them, your invitation content and your orders.
• For guests: the name, answer, party size, meal choice and message entered in the reply form.
• A hashed fingerprint of the IP address to limit abuse. We never store the IP address itself.

Why

To run the service: display your invitation, pass replies to the host, take payment and write to you about your order. No advertising, no selling of data.

Processors

Supabase (database, authentication, files), Vercel (hosting), Stripe and Flutterwave (payments), Resend (email). They process data on our behalf and on our instructions.

Retention

Invitations and replies are deleted six months after the invitation expires. Payment receipts are kept anonymously for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can view, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your settings, or by writing to us. A guest can ask the host or us to delete their reply.
